01Our Services

Allenoistic provides digital growth services which may include, depending on agreed scope: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) including technical audits, link building, and content strategy; Pay-Per-Click advertising management across Google Ads and Meta Ads; custom web development and design; and related digital marketing services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each client are set out in a written proposal, growth plan, or agreement.

02Strategy Calls & Engagement

The free 30-minute strategy/audit call is offered for prospective clients to assess fit and is not, by itself, an engagement of Services. A custom growth plan is typically provided within 24 hours of the call. Services commence only upon written acceptance of a proposal (including via email confirmation) and receipt of any required advance payment. Provision of a free audit, growth plan, or recommendation does not obligate Allenoistic to deliver any Services beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.

03Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your proposal:

• Ongoing Services (SEO, PPC management) are billed on a month-to-month retainer basis with no long-term lock-in contracts;
• One-time projects (such as web development) are billed as a flat fee, typically with an advance payment before work commences and the balance due on completion or handover;
• Late payments may result in a pause of Services until outstanding amounts are settled;
• All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and exclusive of third-party advertising spend (see Section 5).

Invoices are issued in the currency stated in your proposal. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transfer charges incurred on their end.

04Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to relevant accounts, brand assets, hosting/domain credentials, and information required for the Services;
• Review and approve content, designs, or campaigns within a reasonable time when requested, as delays on your part may shift delivery timelines accordingly;
• Ensure that any information, products, or claims you ask us to promote are accurate and lawful;
• Maintain sufficient advertising budget in your own Google Ads or Meta Ads account to support agreed PPC campaigns.

05Advertising Spend

We may recommend a minimum advertising budget appropriate to your goals; this recommendation is for guidance only and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

06Deliverable Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Final deliverables (website builds, ad creatives, SEO content) produced specifically for you and delivered as part of fully paid Services become your property upon full payment;
• Allenoistic retains the right to showcase completed work (excluding confidential strategy documents or unreleased campaigns) in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing;
• Pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, and internal processes used by Allenoistic to deliver Services remain our intellectual property and are not transferred to the client.

07Account Access

Where Services require access to your website, advertising, analytics, or related accounts, you grant Allenoistic the necessary permissions for the duration of the engagement. You remain the account owner at all times and may revoke this access at any time; doing so may affect our ability to deliver the Services and is not, by itself, treated as formal termination of this engagement (see Section 8).

08Term & Termination

Unless otherwise specified in your proposal:

• Ongoing Services operate month-to-month with no binding long-term contract;
• Either party may terminate ongoing Services by giving 30 days' written notice;
• Allenoistic reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or a request to promote unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• Fees already paid for work completed or in progress are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

09No Guarantee of Results

Allenoistic commits to delivering Services with professional skill and reasonable care. However, outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue depend on numerous factors outside our direct control — including but not limited to advertising budget, market conditions, search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the quality or availability of inputs from the client. We do not guarantee specific results, and no statement made by Allenoistic, whether in a proposal, growth plan, or otherwise, should be construed as a guarantee of performance.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allenoistic's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Allenoistic in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Allenoistic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information disclosed during the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any engagement entered into with Allenoistic are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, regardless of the client's location.

13Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients where reasonably practicable. The version published on this page at the time of any new engagement governs that engagement; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for general Site use.
